Averages are not about you.

Most health advice is built on averages: what worked, on balance, across a population. The same diet, training plan or sleep routine moves different people in different directions, and the only way to know what something does for you is to measure it, in you.

Santé brings the data of personal health into one place (nutrition, training, and the results of deliberate self-experimentation) and interprets it through a health coach powered by Arcas. Rather than prescribing general rules, it helps each person establish what works for them, on evidence they have gathered themselves.

How it works.

  3. 03InterpretThe coach reads your results against your own baseline, not against a population, and explains what a result shows, and what it does not.

03A fixed measurement windowDecide in advance how long the test runs and what it measures, and keep to it.
04WashoutStop the change and let things settle before the next test, so one experiment does not bleed into another.
